Mr. Brown went above and beyond explaining the process and communicating with me to ensure every document needed was submitted timely and was up to standard according to the guidelines, I truly can't thank Mr.

Brown enough as the communication he provided and the reassurance I was given throughout

Richard is my Business Advisor and in all honesty, I could not have done this without his guidance or expertise. He truly

went above and beyond to ensure that I had my paperwork correct before completing the application and followed my

Certification process the entire way through. He also took several hours of his time through scheduled calls to walk me
